Getting started...

AS true brand new gringos most of us are, having interesting things to say about the first few weeks in London is a real privilege we share. However, being heard with genuine curiosity and delight by your fellow classmates is priceless, as not even the most empathic warm hearted londoner would ever do but rather smile at you and think YYSW, BTDT or Bollocks, I’m missing 'British Got Talent', and such. Can we blame them, though?

Therefore, I say we should deliberately explore this unique soon-to-be-expired-opportunity and feast on each other’s ingenuity and ignorance towards London. I mean, it is time for you to experience the new in your life in the most diverse, cultural city in the world and, even better, tell your astonished easy impressible pre-sessional friends all about it! And you could even do it while draining a pint down the pub with us, earning a few extra points for socializing as well! Can’t get wiser than that, really.

So, if you caught the message, go do something because there’s plenty of it! The pub is right over the corner and we’ll be there dying to know all about it…
You can also type it down on our newly inaugurated blog, later on : )

Welcome to the potential time of your life!

Cheers!

  2. you make me such a good role-model of life in London,Alan. My 1st impression of London is that it makes me feel small. So I live in misery...misery...misery...misery...misery...until NOW!

I should mark what u said "u almost forgot actually this is London, when u were walking in the street with ur girlfriend's hand in ur hand."
